Terms and conditions

All lessons will start and finish at the same location unless alternative arrangements are made during the booking process.

Standard lesson durations are one hour, unless specified differently in advance.

If you are running late, please inform us. Your instructor will wait for up to 10 minutes at the pre-arranged location. If you do not arrive or communicate within this timeframe, our cancellation policy will apply.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or changes to bookings.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may incur a full lesson charge.

Drivers must present a valid driver’s license during all lessons and wear any required corrective eyewear. Failure to comply will result in a lesson cancellation without a refund.

Our instructors are committed to creating a respectful, supportive, and patient learning environment. We expect the same courtesy from students.

Support persons are welcome to attend lessons but must avoid interruptions.

Lessons will be discontinued if the student appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if their behaviour is abusive.

For safety reasons, lessons may be stopped if the instructor deems the driving situation hazardous.

Lesson fees are to be paid in advance via internet banking. Bank details will be provided upon booking.

Please use your full name and lesson date as payment references.

Receipts and invoices are available upon request.
